Savor the Flavors at the Tobago Blue Food Festival 2025
Every October, Tobago hosts one of its most unique culinary events — the Blue Food Festival in Bloody Bay. Dedicated to the island’s beloved dasheen, also called “blue food” for its bluish tint when cooked, this one-day festival has been running since 1998 and attracts both locals and visitors. At the Bloody Bay Recreation Grounds, you’ll find everything from dasheen ice cream and wines to hearty traditional dishes prepared by local chefs. With live music, artisan stalls, and plenty of food to sample, it’s a true showcase of Tobago’s creativity and culture.
